update: account has $122 out of $3367 remaining.

they only returned $122 to my account.

what can i do?

there a united states company right, its my visa card, isnt it protected somewhat from fraud, theft?

They are not a United States company. They will not do anything for you and you cannot do much to them. They are clearly doing business that is illegal.

If you recently deposited onto Epass via VISA, you might be able to chargeback. I don't get why Epass doesnt close those 4 accounts, should be an easy IP check.

Are you sure their not a united states company?

I called and they said their offices are in cali and south florida.

They closed all the accounts, but they got all the money out, and wont give me any info about them. Hes advising me to email them at their usernames@epassporte.com even though they have been terminated. The things they say.

They wont give me any ip checks, and said they dont use them? Ugh.

If they got the money out then either

1. The four accounts had live ATM cards which if your missing around $3300 is tough @ $600/max in a day, unless they upgraded to $1K/day. Did you find out about the breach on the day it happened? I would also think that they would be a little more proactive as when I deposit and get sent to their site through the Stars or UB casheier, they display my IP and inform me that any fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent. Furthermore if they determine that 4 people split up your loot fraudulently, wouldn't you think that since these people have some sort of load option in the system that EPass couldn't just charge their bank or CC on file.

2. They loaded it onto a poker site which I don't see how EPass can't get involved with that site's security.

Piss poor on Epass's part if they are admitting that you indeed got hacked and their hands are still tied.
