[/ QUOTE ]this is actually good thinking... due to the stakes im willing to gamble here as its pennies if this was higher stakes i may fold as i dont want to gamble.. at worst you are 50/50 and best you have an overpair...

Im trying to lay a foundation for my game that I can take to the higher limits. I think practice should mimic a "real game" situation. Thanks for the feedback

u should not be alowed to post imo. the stakes have nothing to do with the correct play. we are trying to work out what would be the best and most profitable play in the long term so saying"at these stakes just gamble its only pennies" is dredfull

ya don't think that your playing in so small of limits that its only $2 or whatever ... i would prob fold... moves like these i could easily see medium pairs or weak aces .. but just wait for a better spot... your prob way ahead or racing

[/ QUOTE ]i didnt mean to sound like a prick or anything its just hard to comprehend such small limits... my comment is a bit douchebag i apologise... folding is best and wait for better spots... u certainly have the thought process for higher limits... keep up good work

I understand what tiger is saying. No apology required. Im happy he took the time to help me out and I look forward to his help in the future.

I have to admit, these are tiny stakes but we all have to start somewhere. One thing I did learn is to not be ashamed of where Im currently playing. I will be ashamed if I don't play it the best way possible.

Thanks again everyone for the feedback.

fwiw, im looking him up...

I understand your arguments about it not mattering the buyin, but it really does. More people are very well inclined to stick in $2 with an A3 or a 76s than if they were playing 200NL.
