Default Play Along! 3/6 FTP vs. sprediton

sprediton is a 20/17 tricky tag. He is one of the few that gives me trouble and I'm pretty sure he's got the better of me in a couple hands. He is definitely one of the top players at FTP MSNL. Me and him have played up to 5/10 together but our play against each other isn't too intense.

I usually run around 22/17, I 3 bet him light occasionally but nothing really out of control. He probably views me as a good thinking player capable of some moves.

Flop, what's your play and why?

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $3/$6 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $640.25
Hero (BB): $633.00
UTG: $944.00
CO: $1,243.70
BTN: $591.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG folds, CO raises to $21.00, 2 folds, Hero raises to $72.00, CO calls $51.00

Flop: ($147) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)

this is obviously a very delicate situation that depends on the dynamic at the time, but id lead towards betting like 105-115 and folding to a shove, because any hand he shoves on you has alot of equity vs you or is already ahead

checking is really weak and i dont think you can get away with a c/rai unless you've done that and shown down qq+ and even then you're not really deep enough, unless he bets like 75

I think a c/r is so incredibly transparent. Nobody ever c/rs in a RR pot with anything but a draw.

yes, but he doesnt have a pair here always. also, if he wants to make a hero call with 88 i dont really care. its not really profitable v my range. c/ring QQ+ on a board like this is perfectly reasonable.

plus you have a ton of equity v 66-QQ anyway.

I don't mind a c/r ai. Bet/folding seems like a crappy option and bet/calling is a little reckless without a lot of history. I don't like check/folding either given we have a lot of equity vs any range besides sets and better.

equity wise i guess itd still be fine but id rather not have to do it because the play relies alot on your FE, which you have less of because he doesnt know you typically only do it with qq+, meaning he'll make more hero calls (possibly)
