BEAT: Too pissed off to sleep.

So I get home around 4am after a friends home game. Sit around eating some dinner etc.. get to bed around 4:30. 6am I get woken up by someone ringing my doorbell non-stop. This went on for about 1min (from when I woke up- who knows how long this retard has been there for).
Im dead fkn tired. I start looking around the place confused as hell. Then I get up looking for my phone in case I need to ring the fkn police. Obv cant find the phone with eyes caked shut. First guess was it was some drunk degen. But I really have no fkn idea (monday night)..
Turns out it is this kid I have staying with me (15 y/o asian, obv a retard- thought he was asleep). Somehow he thought it would be a good idea to turn up from his friends place at 6am without a key to get in. This kid is staying here to help with the rent etc.
Now my question to BBV is. Where do I go from here?.
Right now I am considering just kicking him out.
BTW- There are other people living in this house- so he really sucks at life.

One idea I had was to hide a phone or some sort of alarm device in his room. Then set it to go off at 6am every morning until he goes insane and moves out himself.
Thoughts?

Summary; i'd rather someone else pay my rent then have my poker winnings go down the drain.
He's an international student here to study; short term.
He covers most of the rent/bills.
BUT I can get a different student (have had heaps prior to him).
Just kicking him out is too simple.. He needs to be punished.
