I'm pretty sure I started too low. But better than start too high.

Squat 175, these are starting to get hard probably not going to be able to go up 5 lbs every workout

Bench 125, I'm resetting down to 115 and going to try and hit 130 in a couple weeks

Deadlift 215, getting tough, still going up 10lbs each time

Standing Press 100

Pendlay Row 120, pretty sure I finally have good form down

Weight: 178

Starting doing chins on my non-deadlift day. Was able to do 8xBW at the end of my workout, which is pretty amazing consider I could barely do 3 before I started Ripptoe. Going to start doing weighted chins.

In just 5 weeks, I've gone

Squat +60
Bench +20
Deadlift +100
Standing Press +5, but I must have been doing something wrong the first workout theres no way I was doing 95
Pendlay Row +25
Weight +9

Make sure your technique is perfect before you put on any more weight
