I think you can't even come close to exploring Japan in four weeks so I would do that rather than travelling all over... thats just imo

Korea is a lot cheaper and great for getting drunk and nailing chicks. Seriously. Second highest alcohol consumption per capita in the world (russia).

Japan AND Korea are both kick ass places to visit.. I have no opinion on China as I've never been there
