ugh this sucks. I end up shoving most of the time but folding is prob ok. However, since there are a ton of draws on this board I think shoving is prob best.

Id fold, 86 is in his range as r hands which the flop hard and usually if he loves his jack or a draw hell raise it on the flop, I think folding and calling to fold to a river shove are very close (this makes sense cause ur getting great odds to hope he has a jack - which fish almost always check behind on the river and to maybe outdraw him if he has 2pair)
