Default Move or get a real job?

Would you guys that make a killng on the internet actually move to another country (Canada?) if the goverment effectively shut on-line gaming down?

That won't help because 70%+ of your opponents are americans. So if you lose that player base then you won't be making a killing any longer and should just move to where the B&M poker is good if you want to play fulltime. But it still remains to be seen if such a bill can effectively be enforced by removing the 3rd party transfer systems like neteller.

BTW, this post belongs in the zoo (General Gambling->Internet).

I live in Maryland and had my neteller account shut down after being a profitable customer for them (did many Insta-cashes) because of something my state has done to prevent neteller from operating here.

I have NO insight into why or how Maryland has stopped its residents from using Neteller, but since then I haven't been nearly as confident that our laws would have no effect on the 3rd parties. I'm sure someone else will always step up, but I don't like that it has been able to be stopped at least once.
