Updated log + pics

I'm doing Madcow's 5x5 now, going to stick with it for a while then maybe do some hypertrophy training. 5RMs: Squat: 205 Bench: 135 Deadlift: 285 Row: 135 Press: 110 Here's some pics I took of myself. I'm all greasy cause it's 100 degrees out and no AC. I think my pecs are my weakest point, which is evident by my low bench. Going to start doing incline benches on wednesday, give myself some bigger man [censored]. Best part would probably be my traps, not sure if you can see them in these pictures. Any tips/comments? |
