6 of 1. Raising the flop might have got you more people to the end of the turn, or it may have lost you the 3 sb you got waiting for the turn. Generally I raise this on the flop.

Thats how i usually play it when its unlikely anyone has a very strong hand. I think raiseing on the flop would cost you 1.5BB most likely. It would drop the blinds out losing 0.5BB and MP1 wouldn't raise the turn costing another BB. And it could cost you even more if someone hit a higher set than yours while gaining nothing. If your with a couple maniacs then i might keep banging away other than that I would play it like you did.
