3) mat pwns him (for instance locks out the account, then changes the email to a new email of your choice, and the password to a password of your choice)
4) we all laugh about it and you buy drinks.

i could pretty easily have sold my account for 10k. he wanted to share the account with me and me to post as normal

problems were

1) i don't want to scam him in case he tries to kill me
2) i didn't want him to scam someone using my account cos then i would feel really crappy

so, it didnt happen

If he's really willing to pay 10k for a mod account, eventually, he's going to find a mod out of the 100+ we have right now who will actually sell it to him for that price. It's only a matter of time, and I think it will happen sooner rather than later.

Heh, I like to believe that its integrity that stopped me from jumping on this deal, but I think its really more the fact that I'd be recieving $10,000 cash from someone who is probably a drug dealer and worse, and may not be someone that I'd want a large sum of traceable cash coming from, especially considering my real world job. I think this would probably be the situation for the majority of mods. Otherwise, accepting the deal, taking the cash, then alerting Mat and splitting the profits amongst the Mods here would actually be kind of funny, since Degen is a scammer who himself deserves it.
