Re: NL50: KK in 3-bet pot
I would be on the borderline of commitment with this hand. If he is a 3% raiser than calling a 3 bet would be even tighter (30 hands isnt a lot to go on). AA-JJ or AK range. My guess is he has AA or QQ. He didnt 4 bet so it might be QQ. Does JJ call the re-raise?
I am rambling so based on this even without a bluff AK, I push: Text results appended to pokerstove.txt 15,840 games 0.005 secs 3,168,000 games/sec Board: 4d 5c Js Dead: equity win tie pots won pots tied Hand 0: 42.235% 39.11% 03.13% 6195 495.00 { KhKs } Hand 1: 57.765% 54.64% 03.13% 8655 495.00 { JJ+ } |

[ QUOTE ]
I would be on the borderline of commitment with this hand. [/ QUOTE ]and I would never fold in this spot, ever. Folding KK in a 3-bet pot (esp. on a board this dry) is something I just don't do. |

Re: NL50: KK in 3-bet pot
i think this is an easy push, but if BTN (is a decent player) and holds Aces he would know if he reraises you again he might lose you.
In this spot your committed and have to push, have you read the PNLH book? I has some great insights in Stack to Pot ratios and commitment topics. with these deepstacks i would reraise to 10$ preflop. |
