Default 5/10 NL Need some advice!

I know this is High Stakes, but medium stakes people weren't really giving me any feed back.

1hr into this session.

Villain is laggy 25/22. I've been raising a lot pf. and we have butted heads a few times. He has been 3 betting a lot pf and I have 4 bet bluffed him once and I think 4 bet him for value once.

given the way we've been going at it pf. in a blind war i'm almost 100% sure shoves instead of calls with AK or QQ oop.

many posts on these boards seem like huge levels these days. to me it doesn't seem like you have any idea what you are doing in this hand. stacking off with jacks in this situation is just really bad. not clear to me what you wanted to discuss here.

my idea of what I was doing. he's been 3 betting me a lot. I decided to 4 bet him with JJ in a blind war. and call an all in pf. I was committed to this hand at that point. surprised he just called. Thought his range was really polarized. AA or KK. or nothin. AK or QQ would most likely shove here. no point in calling 355 to see a flop and not shoving in this situation. so when the flop came K44. I figured I was way ahead or behind. I checked to induce a bluff, got what I wanted and decided to just call call. I guess I should have shoved on the turn, but I figured he might fold air here and I could give him another desperate shot at bluffing. in retrospect I guess I should have shoved on the turn.

So is my pf play bad? should i just check flop fold on turn?

reason why i didn't bet flop was that it helps the other guy play optimally, cuz he will fold worse hands and call better.
