Yeah, you've probably got a better read on the situation than ZJ. After all, you read it on cardplayer while he was only at the table with the guy for hours and actually in the moment.

WTF is with the dealer retrieving his hand from the muck? Probably some nit that wanted to see what 'that aggro-kid' was raising with all the time. [censored] nits.

He made an intentionally bad call to negate his edge at the other tables.

how much did he call off???

this could have something to do with him having no chips and not wanting to come back the next day if he didnt have a shot at winning the tournament...maybe catch an early flight home or hope the guy was bluffing and get some chips to contend with

I think I read in the JC Tran thread that all hands involved in an all-in have to be turned over to prevent collusion.

I don't play donkaments though, so whatever.
