Default NL100:JJ vs laggish, rather bad villain. Standard?

Villain is 42/14/0.8 over about 150 hands so far, I have position on him on two tables. I've called / and or raised him quite liberally PF cause I felt I had a good read on him and would be able to take pots away from him post flop.
I run at 13/7 at this table, more passive than normally cause I often just check/called with marginal hands against this special villain. Is this standard?

I don't like it. Passive player check-raises. Hmmm.. I don't know, I would fold it.

Has he been calling 3-bets out of position liberally?

Your read makes it sound like he folds too much after the flop. If you think he does this with flush draws and top pairs A10, K10 types of hands it is a call. This is why the preflop read is so important, because if we can eliminate junky top pair and other crap hands this is a clear fold.

Yes, far too often, even with pretty much trash hands. Pretty much always folded to further aggression but I was pretty certain I could rule out bigger pairs here because twice after I three bet him he 4bet AI so that seemed to be his default play with "real" hands.

Easy call then. I'm certain this is good against his range.

you describe him as a total station ... anyway a c/r from stations suck.
I'd call anyway and expect to see AT very often.

Well, not a total station. He had some aggressive moments and I'd say PFR of 14 (even though his VPIP is 40+) does not completely qualify as a station. I had rather the feeling that he had a bad timing for when to become aggressive and when not, hope that explains it a little bit better...

If he calls 3-bets liberally, this is super standard.
