Party Timer Bug ?

Does the timer sometimes gradually begin lower till you only have one sec to act on every hand and it just auto-folds you and sits you out ?

For me when it happens, my time bank starts instantly at like 13 sec, then a couple of hands later it starts at 7, then 3 and after that you pretty much just get auto-folded..

Move to where it is appropriate if not here. Thanks.
