this guy is obviously a lousy player. ime lousy players do really bad things. i will usually come after this kind of guy (esp given that i am on his left) a ton. thus he will usually be very frustrated with me and think i am always fos. thus he will usually view T9 as strong enough to call a 4bet shove here, let alone a baby flush. he is too stupid and frustrated with me to realize that i am not 4bet shoving with anything that T9 can beat. sometimes he has a boat, true, but this is pretty unlikely given his actions up to this point. so i think this is a value shove.
if a bad player will only look you up here with a boat, you are not abusing him nearly enough imo.
