Default Was this fold with KK the right move?

Im thinking he either flopped a set, had 910 or QJ. But maybe he had AQ KQ, im not sure.

Raise preflop to 0.50.
Bet closer to pot on the flop.
Raise the turn.

And if he still donks the river, it may be a fold.

QQ, JJ probably (highly player dependent) 3bet from SB.
I am thinking your turn call induced a bluff/overplayed Q. Basically you have repped a jack in his mind. At least I think this is the case often enough to make the river call despite the largish bet. You only need to be right 1/3 of the time.

Tough spot, my first instinct is too raise the turn atleast thats what I would have done, but u are probably beat here when he bets the river as this is played u can fold river I think....
