Okay so the idea of this thread is that everyone chips in with a picture of a property in their local area that is on the market for $500,000 or currency equivalent. Hopefully we will get contributions from people all around the world so we can form a really interesting picture of the global housing market; I'm sure there will be some amazing contrasts. For some people I imagine it's going to be hard to find a property valued at $500,000 nearby, but I'd ask that in that case you widen your search rather than lower the price; I think it will make for a better thread if everyone sticks fairly closely to the guide price.
