Default 100nl: Turned set on a very coordinated board

Villan is a pretty standard 18/16 type of guy. Not sure about anything I did on the turn. The straight got there obviously but he could still have a flush draw or 2 pair that will call me so I think I need to bet.

Should I bet more or check to the river?

What is my plan after the check raise?

Full Tilt Poker, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players

SB: $97.50
BB: $107
UTG: $104.15
Hero (MP): $104.65
CO: $112.85
BTN: $216.40

Pre-Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (MP)
UTG folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $3.50</font>, 2 folds, SB calls $3, BB folds

Flop: ($8) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $6</font>, SB calls $6

Turn: ($20) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $12</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $45</font>, <font color="red">Hero ???

uh, you can't really fold. if he has 99, you have like 14 outs, and he's forced to pay you off with current stack sizes.

i probably just push anyway, by the way. i probably wouldn't fold on the river, and he can't fold either if he has anything at all.

This is kinda a tricky spot I get into too often.

So far 1 for fold and 1 for shove. Anyone else?

either check turn behind or make a real bet. hero's bet sizing is pretty awful
