i'd push this
sb opening range should be very wide - even down to a complete bluff
you win this uncontested most of the time

i think flat calling is much worse cause you'll loose a lot of pots when some scare cards flop (probability that a face card is on flop is >50%).

so for me the the only question is shove or reraise and as your m is about 10 this is an easy shove
