Daily Double Lagged out
Question on ethics:
Daily Double, 1k field, 6 handed ft, and 3 players mysteriously all lag out. One player has position on all 3 of them, so constantly he raises and steals blinds/antes. Other 2 are in front of this said player, and don't want to get involved in pots due to assured prize money if they keep folding. Ethical? Or should ft do something if said players lag out. Discuss. |

Re: Daily Double Lagged out
Its unethical, but I would do it. Truth be told, there is no guarantee they would hold back on you if the situations were reversed. Take the money and enjoy your fortune for the day.

Re: Daily Double Lagged out
Not unethical to exploit this.
Seating and disconnects are part of the luck in poker. It all evens out in the long run. If you covered the aggressive player then you would be able to pick some spots to pressure him into folding (as your range should be really tight)... plus you probably would get a lot of walks in your blinds. By the way, this post does not belong in NVG |
