Re: Shove shove shove that draw 3/6
i actually like this vs a thinking tag than a dumb villain because you have more FE that way because your all in looks strong in a 4 way pot
i do'nt think the fact that he's not going to fold an over pair very often is a good argument against raising here on the flop, because like aisle said, our equity isn't that bad however i dislike this because of the fact that BTN and SB are in the pot and their line looks pretty strong and may have a set here a majority of the time, and having themm in the pot doesn't give you any more FE with original bettor because he prob don't give you enough credit or think that deep so i vote against this, because of the 4 way pot, |

I would call the flop. He might give you a free river.

Meh, is this a hand you wanna be playing utg with 4 other tags on the table?

Re: Shove shove shove that draw 3/6
i did some quick math and i'm getting around a 43% chance that button or sb has 2 pair+ based on preflop

Re: Shove shove shove that draw 3/6
Not saying i'd never do this, but;
it's terrible. you have no fold equity, you still have a player behind you and the SB, and your overs are likely dead unless you get HU w/ the BB, where you might have 11 outs, sometimes only 8. it looks exactly like what it is, a draw, and its getting called by everything except AK. i dont like shoving draws on the flop unless they're huge draws, b/c you have so little FE. i'd much prefer making a move like this on the turn if a brick falls and you're deeper. |
