$22 20k GTD - Early stages facing reraise with AQ. Well played?

The biggest mistake I see ss mtts make is raising too much. Obviously if a standard 3xbb raise is seeing 4 callers then raising more isn't bad. Generally raising to 200 is much better pf. If it's an unknown that is raising me, I'd rather fold pf, I hate playing big pots oop this early with AQ. As played the flop is standard.
