Will Table Shark work with PokerOffice mySQL databases?

I am a subscriber now, but I can't get it to connect to my PT postgres database when I test the connection. Error message says: "Data source name not found and no default driver specified." I have the name and port correct and I can connect to the db with other software, but not TableShark. I emailed support this morning but haven't heard back from them. I don't know anything else to try. Suggestions?

I get table stats, but no stats for specific players that I have hands on in my pt database. I have only tried on UB btw.

Do you have a database connection established with Table Shark and the Poker Tracker database?

I was using a microsoft access and not proSQL. My trial is expired already so idk exactly.

It takes so long to retrieve any data that the seats I want to take are often already filled. This kinda of negates the table selection process. Maybe its just my comp, but the start up, data retrieval, everything is dreadfully slow.

Hi dfan,
I had exactly the same issue with SmartBuddy and TableShark and couldn't work out what the problem was even with help from support.

Did you manage to get it working?

is there any communication between you and Stars going so they put it in the Allowed/Prohibited List? Would be really great to have it clear if its officially allowed or not

We had a new version released 3 days ago with database connection and filter enhancements. We are also fixing the requirement to have the latest postgres installed for the database to connect.
