I went on a hike yesterday, & for some reason I kept saying "DLORC" to myself. I couldn't for the life of me remember why I was saying it, until I say your name on here this morning.

God I'm getting old...

Review a session hand by hand with the replay function in poker tracker. If you click through the action and hit the odds calculator when it is your decision, you can see if you are chasing. I did this and it showed me I was a big dog in some hands that that I lost.

If you do this and you are alway +ev then it is just variance, but I doubt it. Start by looking at your biggest loosers.

it's harder than that to find holes, there are many cooler situation that you will lose big pots while behind all the way and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.
high pair vs bigger high pair on 33355 board
flush over flush, set over set, AQ vs AK on Axxxx board, etc.

play better. stats dont make you good. you have to know when to fold, and when to raise, and when to call, and when to c/r 4 streets for value, and when to make aggressive calls or folds, or open limp, or bluff off one BB.

after you figure that out come back and post your sick gains.

see you at the top

look at biggest pots won and lost after each session
pokerstove some of these hands
figure out best line in these hands
write down your opinions in the notes section of pt

eventually you don't just want to figure out optimal lines, you want to figure out best lines vs. certain types of players given different images of you they may have

also, while reviewing hands look at the names of the opponents you played them against and memorize the reads you get

don't worry about the money, always strive to improve, and the money takes care of itself
