Default 100NL rivered set of flush board

Villian is 11/11/oo over only 19 hands
I am 19/16/3
I dont raise the flop cause I did that two hands in a row against various villians that donked the flop.
Do we call or raise the river?

i can't put him on a straight or a flush here, so shove...

also, yea, flop is still a raise tho despite the previous plays, u need a better reason imo to check this
