This thread is a disgrace.

Nice work gobbo.

Keep in mind though it may not hold up for long so you need to get started on some type of most cashes under 21 record or something that may have a shot at being longer lasting.

op did not include props for the stud forum where he sought advice the day before entering.

Thread does not deliver.

if it's any consolation, I thought of that immediately afterwards. I'll offer my thanks, in his absence.

I'm here, not playing the main event until tomorrow. I didn't really get anything out of the stud forum's offers, since I posted the thread so late... But just goes to show how awesome 2p2 is.

I don't understand how someone can be so dedicated and put in so many hours to a card game and yet care so little about their personal health. It's even more saddening because his success means he has the means to eat healthy, get a personal trainer, etc.

I mean it's great that he's doing so well but what will it matter when he has diabetes, sleep apnea, heart disease and needs his knees replaced? The psychological implications of being morbidly obese can't be ignored either.

[/ QUOTE ]

Why do you choose some person you've never heard of who is happy about an accomplishment to come down on like this? Why can't you do it so someone random you meet on the street instead? Do you think I don't [censored] know I'm a fatass? You're not exactly breaking ground here (BUT I AM HURRRR).

[/ QUOTE ]

Not exactly random people, but I do on a daily basis.

I took you for an intelligent person. As such I'd think you would take your health more seriously. You apparenly don't though so the obvious was stated. If you don't start taking better care of yourself it's not a matter of if but when you'll start seeing complications of being so obese.

If you think someone telling you to take responsibility for your health is coming down on you then you have other issues. You're not a victim of other people poking fun at you (as cruel as it may be). You're a victim of your own poor choices.

If you don't like the attention you receive then perhaps you should be a little more humble and not start threads for the sake of getting it.

[/ QUOTE ]

where do you come off coming into a BBV thread where OP stated an impressive accomplishment and rag on him for his appearance, or "life choices" or whatever you call it as if he came to you personally for help?

some people have serious trouble losing weight. why do you think lap bands and other gastro surguries have come about. some people's metabolism is so slow that it is psychologically draining to eat well and little and only lose 5-10 lbs here and there while they watch others eat like elephants and weigh 150.

it takes an insane amount of work, exercise etc. for somebody like that to lose significant weight.

i'm not saying he is or isn't like that. either way though, this thread isn't about gobbo asking for your help to lose weight. it is abbout his impressive accomplishment(s?) at the WSOP europe.

so why don't you just say, "congrats gobbo" or STFU and not post in this thread?

sorry for the tangent. gj gobbo.
