Some beggar who keeps trying to beg in BBV with...I think 5? accounts since this morning.

He's been a pretty annoying/persistent beggar in BBV/4L for a few days now. grrr.

I was just about to ask about a out-of-forum-ban-permission for this guy. Even if he can change IPs in a snap hes not gonna make it long if all the mods reading BBV are allowed to ban him.

my policy for out of forum bans in BBV is "if I would have gotten around to it eventually, less work for me"
