Glaring Biass?? Still in highschool here. do you mean like. make smokers feel bad. cuz my teacher told me something like that. but that was before I wrote the questions and printed 100 copies.

Go ahead and re-do the survey. it will only help me in finding the 100 people. In fact, I'm woundering if you could help me with the paragraphs. I have to find a direct quote for each of the four paragraphs. Maybe you could help me in one.

[/ QUOTE ]

I don't mean like "make smokers feel bad", I mean like, "do you honestly think anybody in their right mind will agree with statements like 'kids should play violent video games all day every day' and 'I like it when people smoke in my place of work'".

If you can tell me why you chose to put "smoking" and "video games" in the same survey, and exactly what you hope to learn from your conclusions, that would be sweet.

Just an fyi - since you're new here and probably don't even play poker, most of the respected people on these boards tend to be at least somewhat educated and are very into logical processes. Coming on here with a half-baked, last minute, illogical survey isn't going to get much help. I wish you the best in the future if you're serious. We can help you get better, but you have to be willing to help yourself.

I see what you mean. Somebody else also commented about those in some other places I posted this.

I chose "smoking" and "video games" becasue I thought they were going to be seperated from the begining, but instead my teacher told me they were going to be combined into one survey. So I saw this from a different perspective.

Yep, I don't play poker. I would like to learn though. "Last minute" and "half baked" are exact phrases in which all my friends do everything in highschool. from massive projects to simple homework. they end up doing the hoemwork the period before its due. Although I'm not usually like this. almost only on projects. Not on homework though.

Hey if you don't want to answer it you don't have to. but I'm trying to do my project, which requires 100 people. The easiest way to do this is through the internet. Did I mention I'm dancing on a due date. All 8 pages of summary, 100 surveys, and 4 paragraphs written from different perspectives is due this thursday. Which is November 29. By the way, I appreciate your survey response.

Hello. My name is Omar Mata and I am a student of Williams High School. In
my Biology class, we have been assigned a Bioethics Study project. I was
hoping you could help me by simply filling out this survey. I have to get 100 people to fill this out. Please help me. Thank you very much.

Didn't know you needed quotes. So here's a quote.
"In the violent and war torn world in which we live, a comprehensive knowledge of the weapons of warfare is essential for the well-being of all the children. But when they are very young, they are still too small to be conduct military operations on foreign soil all by themselves. And it would be most impractical to have them carrying out murderous rampages on domestic soil. This is where violent videogames come in. The games should be extremely violent, the bloodier the better, and the children should play these games all day long. They should not waste their time with any other types of activities, except possibly smoking, which will make them feel more adult-like. It is my hope that the small children will grow up fast and learn the ways of high tech ultraviolence before it is too late. For one day they shall truly be America's Army."

I'm sorry I missed this the first time around, A+
