The only thing bad I've read regarding them is that they spam. I can't say that I've received any unsolicited email from them though.

As for cashouts: only been there a month an a bit and did one. Free courier if >$1K. Mine came two days after the request was made.

I've also got a good, positive story, regarding the cashout but I'm too lazy to type it up.

They're all good in my 1.5 month experience.
