I think Paperboy takes it for me because I've played it so much but RCR is a very close second.
I miss the ridiculousness and obscurity of NES games in general. I just played Bad Dudes yesterday. The premise of the game, for those who don't know: "The President has been kidnapped by ninjas. Are you a bad enough dude to rescue the President?" Genius.
