I might check the turn but his bet on the river looks so weak I would probably re-raise the river. Actually on second thought I would bet the turn considering that he is pretty aggressive. I feel like he would bet the turn if he hit his straight. Value bet turn and river.

if at all, i'd cbet at least 2/3 pot. Bet the turn, a 35/0 still is probably not calling 32, 42, 52 from the blinds. His range doesnt really narrow after the flop call/turn check with a .1 AF, could be any broadway, Ax, stuff like 89, etc. As played, the weak river bet looks like A5/A4/A3 also given his .1 AF, but i'd still pay him off.
