Re: Please Give Me Advice
You're not getting screwed if you're buying items you either want or can resell. You either get something for yourself at a 73% discount or you pay 27% of the item's value out of your RB and then sell it on ebay or whatever for 90ish% of it's value.
Edit: Same with bonuses. A $100 bonus costs you $27 in RB but you still get 73 dollars more than you would otherwise have. |

Re: Please Give Me Advice
I try to play 1000-1500/month 10-12 tabling. I am trying to figure out if it is worth is to go without the rake back at Tilt and the rake discount at Stars. Anyone know the real answer? Surely others have been through this....

Re: Please Give Me Advice
You have to play 2000 16s to get platinum. Platinum is only ~20% RB. FTP is 27% + 73% of the value of your FTP points. Games are relatively even difficulty wise.

Re: Please Give Me Advice
$12s on FTP are relatively equal to $16s at Stars? How much of an ROI decrease do you expect when moving? You probably can't answer this question, but it should probably be the deciding factor...

Re: Please Give Me Advice
Does this work: Wait until you switch to another site and get your rakeback back before cashing in points on FTP to avoid having to pay any additional fees?
