Time to quit smoking?

Brag: Just smoked some really good herb

Beat: I coughed for 2 full minutes after taking way to big of a bong rip for my weak/tight lungs

Variance: I coughed up a loogie that was practicaly black.

Time to quit smoking? Or just be less of a loser and get out occasionally for some excersise?
