Re: Murder 1
in lieu of murdering him, it might be wiser to consult the Law.
find out what you're allowed to do to him for stealing your property(assumption). maybe the Law allows for such a vigilante act? |

[ QUOTE ]
not that it would really matter anyways unless I left blatant fingerprints for them to run in which case I'm not sure they would even come up because I am not in any criminal databases. [/ QUOTE ] LOL @ 'criminal databases'... someone's been watching too much crime drama. Fingerprints 'can' be used in court, but it's done by hand and only when other evidence has pointed to a suspect. Also, it is easily dismissed as evidence. You can't run fingerprints through a database and magically come up w/ the person who did it, unlike so many tv shows. |

Re: Murder 1
I don't watch tv. If i were to kill someone and they found my prints on a gun and "ran them" or whatever and I was a felon it would lead them to me. Whether or not it would actually make a conviction is not even what I am talking about.

[/ QUOTE ] So many things wrong with this i dont know where to begin. 'Criminal Databases' do exist and you can run a set through to indicate who the fingerprints belong to, not neccessarily who did it. About it being easily dismissed as evidence i cant even imagine where you got this from. Finger prints found at the scene of a crime ARE the likely evidence to point to suspects, not only used when other evidence points to that person. Please - post less BS. On topic - Kill him. |

Re: Murder 1
Homicide is justifiable in the event of:
imminent threat to life as believed by the one attacked rape forcable sodomy armed robbery In the course of a robbery, all that matters is the victim/defender's state of mind, but unless the robber has a weapon, you easily cross the line into excessive force. If the robber has the weapon and it is concealed, excessive force is difficult to prove beyond a reasonable doubt in court. If the attacks are shown to be made from behind, gg you. Just watch out and call the cops. It's not wise to make a citizen's arrest, but using force to incapacitate the vandal before detaining him is completely within your rights. |

CSI would figure it out .. [/ QUOTE ] When I first joined the force, I assumed there'd be semen on everything... Now if he had ejaculated, and then murdered the guy, we might have a case. |
