Default Took a shot at moving up to NL$50 and got PWNED

Took my shot at NL$50 over the weekend and got crushed (down 12 BIs). This pretty much wrecked my month and bankroll (I turned a +$500 month into a losing month) but oddly I'm cool with it. This is the 3rd time I've tried to move up and I'm still not there yet. I attribute it to the following:

1- probably played too many tables (4 which is what I normally play at NL$25)
2- took some early bad beats which got me into the "need to grab someone's stack to get it back" mentality which is never good
3- Tilt (see 2 above)
4- Played for too long and while tired

Now for the good news

1-I was able to move down much quicker this time (stopped when bankroll was at $800 on Full Tilt this time as opposed to $200 last time)
2-won 5 BIs yesterday at NL$25 providing me with much needed confidence
3-Rakeback got a nice little boost!
3-Recognition of the process (rinse, repeat, etc.)
4-Having grinding back from $100 to $1500 last time this occurred gives me confidence that I'll be able to do it again
5-Will study the 12,000 hands from the sessions and learn
6-Won't be afraid to take shots in the future

Just thought I'd share as I'm sure many of you have been there or still there yourselves.
