Default NL100: QT in CO+1. River makes 2pair, villain bets PS

Villain is 18/5/0.9 over 115 hands. His Folded BB to steal is 0.00 for some weird reasons, his river aggression oo over this small sample.
I'm running at 14/10.
What range do you give him on the river after I checked turn behind?
All comments appreciated.

This could be a missed c/c flop c/r turn line with 55/22/ATs
or an AQ that was planning on c/cing turn and river and got aggro when Q rivered. If his fold to BB is 0 and his river AF is high, he may just be the kind of player that likes to make big river bets because it's fun. I'd probably call here given his postflop tendencies and feel suckered if I lost. lol

My guess of his range would be something like: any ace, broadway hands like k,q k,j k,10 j,10.

I call this river bet a lot of the time expecting to see something like a,9 and sometimes even worse after you show no interest in the hand on the turn.

Meh I flip a coin, probably call. Half the time this is a c/c crai line gone wrong for him on the turn with a strong hand, the other half this is a "he checked behind on turn he has nothing" bluff.

Gotta call this. Pot-size river bets after a check/check turn are pure bluffs a surprising amount of the time, even from tightish players..
