Keep the poker low key. Your Mom doesn't know the game can be beat but it probably goes deeper. If you were my son, I'd be concerned even though I know you can beat the game.
I'd be concerned that this could take over your life like it does for a lot of young guys and you would let your education slide. I'm not saying this is wrong for everybody, some probably can make a life time career out of poker and lead a happy fulfilled life. But I think it's rare. So keep the Poker as a hobby, a diversion and try to shelter Mom from it for her peice of mind.
