Judging by the bet sizes the villain is retarded. I'd call.

I think if this is the type of villain who is loose enough that he will have lower jacks often then I would push Turn.

If this is early in the game than I would be wary and wait for more information. I really want to know the kind of player I am playing before I go all in with TP except for TPTK because I think I will be ahead the vast majority of opponents ranges at the level that I play at.
