I skimmed through it and the material looks awesome.
However, I had a hard time interpreting the Unexploitable Resteal chart on pg. 72. I'm assuming the left-most column is the opener's range, but what are the other two columns to the right? I could be misreading it, but the chart seems to be off (unaligned?).
