See my post above as to why bluffing the river here is bad. Don't think about how often he folds here: think about how often he folds a better hand.

He folds better hands to a river bluff all the time- random 8. 9, 5, 2 hands- and he completely incidentally has one of those bad 12 cards a lot of the time. (12 of 45 unseen cards twice)
