Shouldn't neteller be obligated by law to have all of our money on hand at any given time? I mean we all gave them actually money to hold, so where did it go?

Weren't they making enough from all of the interest and fees to not have to dip into our balances?

Isn't this a bit like asking if you'd go sleep with someone you got a STD from?

J_B,

No because you already caught the STD,

This is like Leaving Brandi in your hotel room alone with your username and password to a poker site

I'm still able to use Neteller but recently stopped because their support is nonexistent. Tried to get in touch with them on a few issues concerning bank accounts & currency. This was 3 weeks ago. Live chat doesn't work either. I simply don't want to transfer money with a company that won't speak to me, even if European accounts are reasonably safe.

They may have felt like 'the only game in town', but if legal environment reverses, there's room for a replacement to Neteller, running the *exact* sames fees and services. And the replacement could have ALL the returning business.

No. No. Hell no. That'd be a bit like voluntarily extending a nightmare.

Party, though... I'd be there again in a second.
