Bodog has horrible software horrible cash out options and horrible game selection. Reason enough not to play there IMHO.

[/ QUOTE ]Horrible cash out options???? One free WU transfer per week is pretty sweet. Cashed out a week and a half ago, money was avail. to be picked up in about 8 hours.

Their customer support is insanely terrible and if you bring up problems with their software they say their are no problems and we stand by our software 100%.

[/ QUOTE ]

If you have any non-software related issue they will be the most helpfull people in the world. But as soon as you start mentioning software crashes they get super defensive/angry and say "it's a problem on your end, our software is fine"

The fact that PT/PAHUD don't work there is actually part of the reason some of us, interested in playing poker as opposed to joining the Borg, like it at Bodog.

Why, because you play at stars and don't want me taking all your money?

The software crashes are extremely annoying and I don't know how much longer I can take it.

bodog poker has the best customer service in my opinion. How many other poker sites have an 800 number that you can call and get an english speaking person who has a brain and is most helpfull.
