why didn't my rakeback affiliate include me in their monthly freeroll?

i got 503 points in august but i don't get registered in the tourny like everonye else. i email my affiliate nd they tell me its ftp's problem, i emial ftp and they tell me its the affiliates problem. WTF i lost 100 bucks trying to qualify for that thing and now they [censored] me over

I think this is on Full Tilt, Tilt is supposed to email the affiliate with a list of players earning 500 points or more a month

Also you need to make sure that you earned all the points playing.

Tilt do not count points given for outages etc as part of the 500
