Default 10/20, flop the nuts 250BB deep

Villian is running 21.5/14.5/3 over a 1000 hands or so. Other than that I don't have any notes or reads on him, he is probably a slight winner in the game but I could be wrong.

No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $10/$20
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $4895
UTG+1: $2442.04
Hero: $6159
Button: $2000
SB: $2811.50
BB: $2198

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is CO with QcJc
<font color=" red">UTG raises to $70</font>, UTG+1 folds, Hero calls, 2 folds, BB calls.

Flop: 9s Kd Tc ($220, 3 players)
BB checks, <font color=" red">UTG bets $170</font>, Hero calls, BB folds.

Turn: 2s ($560, 2 players)
<font color=" red">UTG bets $400</font>, <font color=" red">Hero raises to $899</font>, UTG calls.

River: 4s ($2358, 2 players)
UTG checks, <font color=" red">Hero bets $1655</font>

I had a hard time deciding what line to take and would like to hear some suggestions on how to extract the most out of a hand like this.

I realize that I played it awful if I wanna get rich but at the time I didn't see him calling a large turn raise so I chickened out and tried to milk him. Also, I figured that I would get his stack no matter what if he had floped something big so the smallish raise was kind of a "win-win situation". Terrible, I know... I'd raise the turn up to 1200ish, and bet 2500~ or shove river

I raise the flop here almost 100% of the time.

As played, I would have made the turn at least 1.2k and probably closer to 1.5k.

Raise the flop and Raise more on the turn

Raising the flop consistently at these stakes is marginal at best.
