Neteller Hick-ups

When I tried to view the neteller page this morning my browser said the document was empty. I have tried to view it from another browser there was nothing to be viewed. Anyone else?

Every time I sign in it just redirects me back to the Neteller Homepage and not to the My Account page...

Anyone else having trouble still?
