Generally, it takes many long sessions of sweating and coaching to have an effect result wise. [/ QUOTE ] We had about 6 sessions, if that.

Well, 6 sessions of how many hours each? A session could go from 30 mins to 6 hours, so it depends. I would say at the minimum 6 sessions of an hour an each would be enough to change a player's game.
