NL25, heavy action, has he outplayed me?
played with him about 30 hands, i was rather agressive but he is too. i started shortstacked with $8 and lost sometimes when tried to resteal his button raise with K7s vs his KK. then got max buy-in and played rather solid. did he overplayed me in this spot? i mean, was it a nice call from him there?

Not sure how you expect him to fold after he 4 bet the flop and is getting about 7 to 1.
Don't minbet. He probably is clueless because this is .10/.25, but he may have min 4 bet to induce a bluff by you.
