Default $6: NLTRN: Call down or raise

My opponent here was one who donkbet the majority of flops against my preflop raises, and would bet the turn and river (although we'd only been in one spot where he bet all three streets before this hand; he had bet flop/turn several times). Anyways, the flops I'd raised, he had folded, so I decided to play more passively. But, the big question is, against these types of players (and I seem to see them a lot), should I be calling flop and turn, or raising the turn?

Also, in this spot, I needed to fold the river right? Even though my read was that my opponent was very unpredictable.
